Kronos (Touch) Pen Display Description
The signotec Kronos Pen Display is not a signature pad, but a 11.6″ (29.5 cm) monitor extension with pen and optional touch input. The device can either lie flat on the table or be set up with the integrated stand. The integrated pen holder ensures pleasant ergonomics.
The pen display is connected via a 3-in-1 HDMI cable and presents itself as a second monitor. The main display can be duplicated or expanded via the monitor settings in Windows. The signature capture application is displayed on the Pen Display.
The operating system can be used by pen or optional touch input. In compatible applications, the pen input can also be used for notes and drawings in addition to capturing signatures. An optional API is available for direct access to the coordinates of the pen and the pressure data. This can also be used to separate the mouse movement from the pen input.
